NOAA :  Educational site for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration.
The Weather Channel Kids! : educational site of the Weather Channel.

http://environment.nationalgeographic.com/environment/natural-disasters/hurricane-profile/ - a quick explanation of a hurricane with some links at the bottom for more information.  http://www.nhc.noaa.gov/index.shtml - The National Weather Service National Hurricane Center.  Tons of information here.  Go toward the bottom of the page and you can print off some forms and track the hurricane yourself.
