Edubrowsing. Edu Browsing. You know....educational browsing...as in "window shopping" for educational content on the Internet. [sigh] Ok, I know it was a stretch. It was the best I could come up with during my brainstorm at 11:30 at night on a weekday after teaching and refereeing the kids all day.
Gimmeabreak - LOL.
I do a lot of "browsing" on the Internet for things that I can use with our homeschool lessons. And, over the few years I've been at this, I've found quite a lot. Whenever I'm with a group of homeschool moms the topic of conversation, at some point or another, always seems to turn to, "I found this on the Internet..." So, why not share, I thought. And, that's what this blog is all about - sharing information.
Me? Well, if you really want to know about me...
I am a 30-something mom of 3 youngun's. We have moved around the country some and are now residing in the Midwest, U.S. In person I am depressingly imperfect. But, in Christ all things are new and I am honored to be a child of His. I try to laugh daily, cry when it counts, and show courage in heart and character. Still working on those... My kids have always been homeschooled. If you were to ask both my husband and I why we homeschool, we would each give you very different answers. But, we do agree that it is the best educational choice for our kids. How long do we plan to homeschool? Until we're done. That could be next week or after they graduate. Until we get that figured out, I guess we have a job to do.
I hope you enjoy my blog!
